AI-powered clinical decision system for pharmacy review at Pohai Hospital. Integrates a custom-trained PII de-identification model, a Dagster ETL pipeline, and a RAG system to deliver LASA drug confusion detection (visual + phonetic dual-model), interaction alerts, and dosage validation.
SOAP notes went from 30 minutes of handwriting to 1 second of auto-generation. Processes 100K+ patient records monthly on Azure Kubernetes.

Free iOS & Android app for pharmacists across Taiwan. A CNN model runs entirely on-device — photograph pills, identify them offline, count inventory. No cloud dependency, no patient data leaves the phone.
Ranked #8 on Taiwan App Store (Medical). Reduced daily pill-counting from 1 hour to 30 seconds. The underlying model architecture became a granted patent (I909983).
